Timely Cancellation Requests. You acknowledge and agree that your Subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. Following your first Shipment, you may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging in to your Account through the Site and cancelling. WHILE YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, FOR A CANCELLATION TO BE EFFECTIVE IN A GIVEN MONTH, YOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE COMPLETED THROUGH THE WEBSITE BEFORE THE TENTH (10^TH) DAY OF SAID MONTH. If you cancel prior to the tenth (10^th) day of the month, you will not receive, nor be charged for, that month’s Shipment. If you cancel prior to the tenth (10^th) day of the month, and you have already paid for that month’s Shipment, FWTCC will refund said fees for such month.

Late Cancellation Requests. ANY TERMINATION MADE AFTER THE TENTH (10^TH) DAY OF THE MONTH (EACH, A “LATE CANCELLATION REQUEST”) WILL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE MONTH IN WHICH YOU CANCEL. IN SUCH CASE, YOU WILL STILL RECEIVE, AND BE CHARGED FOR, THE THEN-CURRENT MONTH’S PRODUCT SHIPMENT. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES (INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES) INCURRED PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. Should FWTCC, despite a Late Cancellation Request, have sufficient time to cancel the associated Shipment prior to delivery, FWTCC may honor the Late Cancellation Request and, in such case, you will not be charged for that month’s Shipment (or be refunded for that month’s Shipment if you have already paid). Any refund related to a Late Cancellation Request will be made in FWTCC’s sole discretion and such decision shall be final and binding upon the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no refunds will be made where a Shipment associated with a Late Cancellation Request has already been delivered.

Promotional Materials. In the event you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about FWTCC, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

No Refunds. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds will be provided, except as otherwise provided herein (or in FWTCC’s Shipping Policy, located at https://www.farwesttexascattleco.com/shipping-policy, or Cancellation Policy, located at https://www.farwesttexascattleco.com/refunds-and-cancellation/ ). If you are dissatisfied with a Product or cut of beef for any reason, your sole remedy is to cancel your Subscription in accordance herewith.
