Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs

Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs make for the perfect appetizer or additional to any meal!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, eggs and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Roll beef mixture into meatballs and lay out on a greased baking sheet. Cook meatballs for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Whisk together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, lemon juice and white sugar in a bowl.
  • Remove meatballs from oven and spoon sauce over all the meatballs. Return to oven and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
